VP SecretBox announced: a free local password vault

The website now includes a page for VP SecretBox, a new free program for encrypting passwords and storing related text data without clouds or subscriptions.

The program is designed for users who want to keep logins, passwords and other sensitive records in one local space. Access to the vault is protected by a master password, and all records are stored inside an encrypted vault.dat file.

VP SecretBox works fully offline, supports 7 interface languages, Unicode input and portable use. This means the program and database can be kept not only on the main computer, but also on a USB drive when needed.

The product page is already available in the catalog, and the installer is now hosted on the website through the download page.
